Enrique Santos

Enrique Santos is President and Chief Creative Officer of iHeart Latino where he heads iHeart Media's Latin strategy, including My Cultura Podcast Network, showcasing Latino creators and their experiences. He also hosts a nationally syndicated Spanish morning show and a weekly English show.

Born to Cuban parents in Chicago, Illinois, Santos moves fluidly between the Hispanic and mainstream American radio landscapes. His bicultural broadcasts are a crossover hit amongst a diverse cosmopolitan audience through a combination of humor, social satire, political commentary and celebrity interviews that bridge two worlds effortlessly, regardless of language. Enrique has built an enthusiastic following thanks to his energy, heart and strong connection with his listeners. His smart, fun radio persona has made him one of the most popular Hispanic radio hosts in America.


Through his daily signature program The Enrique Santos Morning Show, which airs live from iHeart’s Miami station TÚ 94.9; his weekend show On the Move with Enrique Santos that reached 127 markets throughout the US; and his Enrique Santos Podcast Channel on iHeart Radio — he has earned his place on Billboard’s Latin Power Player list for the past five consecutive years, and its industry-shaping Pride List. Variety magazine has also recognized him on its Movers & Shakers list, amongst other important music industry leaders. Awarded the prestigious Radio Ink Medallas de Cortez naming him National/Syndicated Radio Personality of the Year (2015), Enrique is also part of the exclusive roster of Marc Anthony’s talent agency MAGNUS Media. He is the executive producer and host of the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina music festival, celebrating Hispanic heritage.

The scope of his multi-hyphenated career has powered Enrique’s ability to shape important conversations in America. Santos is dedicated to his community through his involvement in various non-profit organizations and serves as a Reserve Police Officer for The City of Miami Police Department.
