Your Donor-Advised (Philanthropic) Fund at The Foundation

As the current crisis has changed the way we do business, we want you to know The Foundation continues to be fully operational and is making grants on a weekly basis in support of charitable organizations in our local community and around the world. If you already have a Donor-Advised Fund with The Foundation, we encourage you to access your fund through our secure donor portal site at https://gmjf.donorfirstx.com. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 and we are here to show you how to securely login with your unique username and password to access your fund, check balances, make grant recommendations, see your giving history and more.

Click here to view our Quick Guide on How to Recommend a Grant through our online donor portal.

If you have not logged in before, need to create a username and password or have questions, please contact Julian Ospina, Foundation Grants Manager, at [email protected] or 786.866.8467.

Don’t have a fund and interested in creating your own Donor-Advised Fund for you and your family to make an impact on our community today? Creating a Fund through The Foundation is easy. It is like a “charitable bank account” you can establish with as little as $5,000 that allows you to make charitable contributions into the fund to realize significant tax advantages when the time is right for you. Once established, you, your family or anyone you designate may recommend that distributions (grants) be made from the fund to Federation and almost any other qualified charitable recipient, Jewish or non-Jewish, local or otherwise at any time. To learn more, contact Scott Kaplan, Foundation Director, at [email protected] or 786.866.8623.
