Joseph Furst

Joseph Furst graduated from Hamilton College in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. Continuing his studies brought him to the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated in 2004. After practicing law for more than two years, he obtained a Masters in Real Estate (“MSRE”) from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

His responsibilities include a focus on all development, financing, marketing and leasing initiatives for Goldman’s Wynwood portfolio. He serves as a board member of the Wynwood Arts District Association. Working for Goldman Properties provides an opportunity to change neighborhoods and communities. Being a part of the transformation of Miami, where Joseph was born and raised, is his passion. The line between work and pleasure is non-existent as Goldman Properties’ initiatives encompasses such a broad range of place making activities in the arts, hospitality and the physical space in which we live.

David Lombardi

Lombardi Properties opened in 2000 as a boutique realty firm with a primary focus on high end residential sales on Miami Beach. David Lombardi, the Broker/Principal, moved to Miami Beach at the age of seven from New York and has grown up with a deep love and appreciation of this City and its rich history.

David Lombardi's intimate knowledge of Miami Beach and it's residential homes and their owners has allowed him to specialize in finding exactly what his buyers want even if that perfect property is not being listed for sale.

While staying true to that high end residential focus for the past dozen years, David Lombardi has also been the driving force behind the creation of the Wynwood Arts District. Just over the bay from Miami Beach, the Wynwood Arts District has been transformed from a light industrial manufacturing area to an internationally known contemporary arts district with over 75 galleries and private museums.

The result is a company that is truly a full service realty company with tremendous expertise in both high end residential and complex commercial transactions. In 2013 alone, Lombardi Properties has been involved in over $67M in sales both in residential and commercial properties.

As an aside, due to his love of art and his involvement in Wynwood, David Lombardi spearheaded a group of investors to create Museo Vault. Museo Vault is a purpose built fine art storage facility built to the highest specifications of the art insurance industry.

As a company, our core beliefs are to always do what is in the best interest of our clients. We offer integrity, discretion, market expertise and professionalism ALWAYS. We certainly hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you.
