Stephen P. Emma
Director of Bernstein Wealth Management Group

Stephen P. Emma was appointed a Director in Bernstein’s Wealth Management Group in 2010. He joined Bernstein in 1999 and his primary role has been to provide high-net-worth clients and their professional advisors with expertise in solving complex investment issues. In 2003, Mr. Emma assumed analytical responsibility for the Wealth Management Group in the Southeast, which includes the West Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa and Atlanta offices. His areas of expertise include multigenerational planning, philanthropic planning, single-stock analysis and advanced asset allocation. Mr. Emma earned a BA in business economics from Brown University.


Alex S. Binstock, CPA
Managing Director of Binstock, Rubin, Adler, Aldecoa & Ellzey

Alex S. Binstock has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 1982. He graduated from Florida International University with a BA in accounting. Mr. Binstock prides himself as an advisor to his clients, not only concerning their financial issues, but also their personal issues including estate planning, succession planning, and their various insurance needs. He has acted as an expert witness in financial matters with knowledge in both small and medium size businesses. His clients include high-net-worth individuals, professionals from varied fields, including attorneys and physicians, and businesses in import, export, construction and manufacturing. Mr. Binstock serves as the managing director of the firm.


Benjamin D. Bohlmann, CPA
Shareholder of Mallah Furman

Benjamin D. Bohlmann has extensive knowledge and experience in cross-border business operations, particularly international, federal and state taxation focusing on the U.S. tax impact of international transactions. He has particular knowledge of financial and tax strategies for foreign investments into the U.S., from the start-up level to large, established U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-owned entities and frequently lectures on international commerce topics. He advises U.S. businesses and investors on their out-bound ventures, helping them best manage the intricacies of operating in foreign business environments. Mr. Bohlmann graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University in 1982, where he received Departmental Honors in Economics. In 1990, he earned his Masters of Science in Taxation from Florida International University.
