Jonathan Goldstein

Jonathan Goldstein

Jonathan co-founded Cain International in 2014 and has since grown it into a privately held investment firm with over $16 billion in assets under management spanning real estate debt, equity and private equity.

Prior to Cain International, Jonathan was Head of European Real Estate and Direct Investments at Guggenheim Partners. He previously served for seven years as Deputy Chief Executive of Heron International. Prior to Heron, Jonathan worked at Olswang LLP, an award-winning international law firm. He became a partner at age 28 and one of the youngest ever chief executives of a City law firm at age 32. Under his stewardship, the firm’s turnover grew significantly and was awarded ‘Law Firm of the Year’ on multiple occasions.

Jonathan serves on the boards of Chelsea Football Club, Aman Resorts, the Maslow’s hospitality group, Competitive Socializing, Prezzo, and The St. James. He is the immediate past chairman of the Jewish Leadership Council (JLC), the umbrella organisation of the UK Jewish community, and the Chair of the Trust of the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth. Jonathan is also a trustee of The Gerald & Gail Ronson Family Foundation and an Honorary President of Camp Simcha. He previously served as the Chair of Partnerships for Jewish Schools (PaJeS), the Vice-Chair of Jewish Care and Chair of Governors of Kerem School in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Jonathan holds a law degree from the University of Manchester and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.

David Moore

David Moore

David Moore is Chairman and CEO of Moore Holdings, which invests in and manages a variety of private companies. He is currently chairman and majority owner of seven Renewal by Andersen replacement window businesses which employ 2,000 people and complete over 40,000 home renovations per year, covering sixteen markets throughout the United States.  In recent years, David has held a wide range of executive positions, including: CEO, Register.com; Board Member of several firms, including: Spanx, Inc., Alternative Investment Management, Relationship Science, CommunityCo, Network Solutions, and CBS Marketwatch.com. He was also Vice Chairman of Marquis Jet, Inc. (now part of NetJets) and Chairman of U.S. Home Systems, Inc. David is also a minority owner of the Atlanta Hawks NBA Basketball Club.

Mr. Moore is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities.  He is just completed a four-year term as Chair of the Board of UJA-Federation of New York, having served previously as General Campaign Chair ($250 million annual fundraising; $1 billion endowment) and currently serves on the Executive Committee. He has had long-standing involvement with the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services (now called the Jewish Board), one of the largest social service-mental health organizations in the country, where has served as a Vice President and a member of their Executive Committee. Additionally, David is involved in a wide range of educational, social service, and communal organizations, including current or recent board member of the City Parks Foundation (Chair of the Board), Central Synagogue, the Amherst College Annual Fund and Capital Campaign. In June 2019 he received the Saul Z. Cohen Leadership Award from the Jewish Board, in 2012 he was honored by the City Parks Foundation at their Annual Gala at Gracie Mansion, and he is the youngest alum of Amherst College to have received the College’s Medal for Eminent Service, which he was given at Commencement in May, 2000.

David also lectures on management and motivation and is a professional stand-up comedian, performing regularly in clubs such as Carolines on Broadway and Gotham Comedy Club in NYC. He received a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard University.  He lives in NYC with his wife. They have two children.
