Wear a Blue Ribbon Until the Hostages Are Freed

Aviv Asher Katz, 2. Raz Asher Katz, 4. Alexander Danzig, 74. Amit Shani, 16. Amiran Cooper, 84. These are the names of just five of the more than 220 hostages who were taken during Hamas’ brutal terror attack. Our Federation has joined with the Jewish Federations of North America in its Blue Ribbons for Israel campaign to demonstrate support and solidarity for the safe return of the hostages. Wearing a ribbon publicly unites people of all religions, faiths, nationalities, ethnicities, ages and generations and demonstrates to the people of Israel that they are not alone during this dark time. We are working to distribute blue ribbons to individuals throughout our community and you can join our effort. You can also participate online by sharing a blue ribbon in your social feed, framing your profile picture with one and amplifying #BlueRibbonsforIsrael. If your business or organization wants to join the effort and help spread our message of unity, click here.
