Since its inception in 1950, the American Physicians Fellowship for Medicine in Israel is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to the advancement of medical education, research and care in Israel. APF supporters, including physicians and others committed to its works, have contributed to the development of IsraelÂ’s major medical centers as well as its smaller medical institutions throughout the country. Working in partnership with Israeli medical colleagues, the organization is committed to addressing critical health care challenges in ways that can benefit the healthcare system as a whole.
