The Young Leadership Division participates every summer in The Jewish Federations of North America “National Young Leadership Mission to Israel,” as well as national conferences in the United States. Feel the energy and excitement of joining hundreds or thousands of like-minded people who are committed to helping those in need, both here and abroad.

Federation missions are the most exciting way to see Israel, either as a first-timer or as a seasoned visitor. Our action-packed itinerary usually includes a trip for Miami participants to visit one or both of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation's partnership communities – Yerucham in the Negev Desert and/or Pardes Channa-Karkur in northern Israel.
