Temple Beth Or of Miami will be offering a year long educational series on the topic of Mussar, a 19th century study of ethics and morality that is taking the 21st century Jewish Community by storm.
Mussar is a path of contemplative practices and exercises to help an individual pinpoint and then to break through the barriers that surround and obstruct the flow of inner light in our lives.
Starting on October 8th the bi-weekly forum led by Rabbi Mark Kram in conjunction with the Mussar Institute will teach participants how to use the practice of Mussar to release the light of holiness that lives within the soul by using meditations, guided contemplations, exercises and chants and minimize those traits that are less desirable in each of us.Cost, including materials is $75
