Sivan Ya’ari, named one of 50 “Most Influential Women in Israel" by Forbes, joins us for an inspiring conversation about her work as founder and CEO of Innovation Africa, a nonprofit that brings Israeli solar, agricultural and water technologies to African villages. Sivan will be joined by Audrey Weiner, Chair of the Hadassah Foundation and the Miami Jewish Film Festival, Board Member of Innovation Africa and The Miami Beach JCC, as well as Laura Steckler, Senior Vice President, Investments and Managing Director, Investments Steckler Wealth Management Group.

David Makovsky is the Ziegler distinguished fellow at The Washington Institute, and director of the Project on Arab-Israel Relations. He is an adjunct professor of Middle East studies at the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies since 2000, and was a senior advisor on Israel-Palestinian affairs in the Office of the Secretary of State during the Obama Administration. This is his third book.
