For those in need of healing or inspiration, the Sabbath of Wholeness, a pastoral care experience presented by Federation’s Mishkan Miami in partnership with Baptist Hospital is offered twice monthly on Zoom.

The pre-Sabbath program includes candle lighting and other Sabbath rituals, as well as songs, prayer and reflection. “We are all in need of wholeness at different times in our lives,” said Director of Mishkan Miami Rabbi Frederick L. Klein, who leads the first session of every month along with guest musicians and cantors. “We pray for those in need of healing, remember our brethren in Israel and receive messages of inspiration to give us strength and resilience.” The Sabbath of Wholeness is open to people of all faith backgrounds.

Join our presenter, Zion Ozeri from the program "The Power of an Image to Convey a Message" for a 2-Part Zoom Photo Workshop!

Share a photo you captured with your Smart Phone with the group that communicates how you are feeling since October 7, participate in a critique to help refine the message you want to communicate and learn a digital photography skill in the process.
