Federation Honors, Elects Leaders at Annual Meeting

More than 530 people were in attendance at the 74th Annual Meeting of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, held May 31 at Jungle Island. The dinner event, chaired by Hedy and Daniel Whitebook, featured the presentation of awards to five outstanding leaders for their service to Federation and Miami’s Jewish community. Participants also paid tribute to Barbara Black Goldfarb, Federation Board Chair for 2010-2012; and elected and installed new Officers, Board of Directors members, Trustees, and Leadership Council and Council of Jewish Organizations members. Federation’s new Board Chair is Brian L. Bilzin and the General Campaign Chair is Robert G. Berrin.
