Building Israeli Women Leaders Post-October 7

The late Margaret Thatcher once said, “If you want something done, ask a woman” — and women across Israel’s North and western Negev are building their leadership roles through Federation support. SheRise-Kumi is strengthening the peripheral areas of Israel particularly affected by October 7 by creating groups of women leaders and giving them the skills and confidence to launch social initiatives. The program fosters entrepreneurship, provides practical tools for participants, creates resilience and builds a network of influential women from within the communities with the goal of creating a broad regional infrastructure.
