The Glue JFNA Podcast

The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) recently launched a new podcast, “The Glue With Eric Fingerhut.” In these complicated times, when we are challenged by polarization, partisanship, rapid technological change and social transition, strengthening our social bonds is more important than ever. Join JFNA President and CEO Eric Fingerhut in each episode for riveting conversations with experts and local Federation leaders in exploring what is holding us together, how communities are evolving and why their evolution is crucial to some of the biggest social challenges our societies face today. During the first episode, Eric sits down with Jeff Finkelstein, CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, and Maggie Feinstein, Director of the 10.27 Healing Partnership, to discuss the resilience of Pittsburgh’s Jewish community following the Tree of Life synagogue shooting, how they have fared in the face of a horrific trauma and whether increased security presence is more comforting or unsettling. Subscribe and listen to "The Glue" on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts.
