The Rabbinical Association of Greater Miami was founded in 1935. It includes about 100 rabbis - Orthodox, Conservative, Reform and Reconstructionist. Among our activities are several TV programs that we sponsor, educational seminars at Mt. Sinai Medical center and the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the aged. We work closely with Greater Miami Jewish Federation in a variety of areas, including the sponsorship of the community chaplaincy service which provides visitation to Jewish people in various institutions.

Holocaust Survivors who have yet to record video testimony of their Holocaust-era experiences are urged to participate in the Last Chance Testimony Collection Initiative, a program of the University of Southern California (USC) Shoah Foundation dedicated to permanently archiving Survivors’ personal stories to educate people around the world.
