We’re thrilled to announce that Temple Judea, the City of Coral Gables’ earliest Jewish community, will be showcased in an exhibit at the Coral Gables Museum. Featuring video, historical photographs, documents and sacred objects; the exhibit will tell the story of our 65+ year journey and those who have made it possible. Curated and designed in collaboration with the Exhibit Advisory Committee and Temple Judea staff. Please bring your family and friends to see the exhibit and plan to participate in the special programs listed below:
Historic Designation Plaque Dedication at Temple Judea Friday, September 5, 6pm A part of Friday night service.
Guided Tour with guest curator Bill Iverson Sunday, September 14, 1pm
Gables Bike Tour: Holy Rollers Sunday, September 21, 11am Visit Coral Gables' most prominent houses of worship, ending at Temple Judea for a special building tour with Senior Rabbi Judith Siegal. Space is limited. Please RSVP to 305.603.8067
Children's Day Sunday, October 26 10:30am - P.J. Library Event at Books & Books hosted by Temple Judea Storytelling and Jewish children's book giveaway at Books & Books. Free.
1:00pm ‐ Kid's Tour of Temple Judea Exhibit. Museum admission rates apply
