Description

Esther Amini's Concealed: Memoir of a Jewish-Iranian Daughter Caught Between the Chador and America tells the story of her Persian-Jewish families life in New York. Jonathan Kaufman's Last Kings of Shanghai details 2 rival dynasties who flourished in Shanghai and Hong Kong in 20th century China.
