Miami Jewish Abilities Alliance Sponsors Program on Selfcare

Caregivers of children with special needs can enjoy an important virtual program on selfcare on Thursday, December 2 from 7-8:30 p.m. Take Your Oxygen First: The Obstacles and Rewards of Overcoming Stress and Creating Health for Caregivers of Children With Special Needs features guest speakers Dr. Evelyn Leone, Founder of the Institute of Conscious Health, and Linda Sachs, LCSW, Community Outreach and Parent Support Specialist at JAFCO. Participants will learn health and wellness strategies and how to manage stress in challenging times. The event is sponsored by Federation’s Miami Jewish Abilities Alliance in partnership with JAFCO.
