We all know that basketball star Amar'e Stoudemire is a team player. He’s also a proud Jew who is deeply committed to combating anti-Semitism and building bridges to strengthen the relationship between the Jewish and African American communities.
Please join us for a conversation with Amar’e as he shares his inspirational story. As a self-identified descendent of a lost tribe through his mother, Amar’e’s journey has taken him from the basketball courts of New York to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, from becoming an Israeli citizen in 2019 to the 2020 Israeli Basketball Premier League Finals MVP and to his pioneering role in kosher wine production. His story is one that you will never forget.
You’ll also hear about UJA’s commitment and investment to address racial and social justice challenges in our community.
