Federation Statement of Solidarity With Israel

Statement banner

The Greater Miami Jewish Federation stands in unwavering solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Israel — as we have throughout our shared history — praying for their immediate safety, strength and well-being, and for the protection of future generations to come. We support Israel’s inherent right to self-defense and to strike, even preemptively, against the imminent and existential threat of a nuclear-armed Iran. Our Office of Community Security is in frequent contact with state and local law enforcement, as well as with their colleagues at the Secure Community Network. While as of now there are no known local active threats, we remain vigilant and are closely monitoring developments.
