OMG I'm Getting Older and So Is My Mom

Through anecdotes and humor, Scott Greenberg presents us with the moments when everyone has to make tough decisions. When the tables are turned and children become parents, children become the adults in the room. Scott shows us with his characteristic humor how shared decisions are possible at a moment's notice.

The later-years road is often believed to look like midnight rides on a sailboat with a glass of wine in our hand. All too often, Scott has learned, reality gets in the way.

The event is based on Scott Greenberg's professional experience as an attorney in senior management positions in aid organizations and today, among other things, hosts a radio show and manages a company to assist the elderly population and their families.

Scott lectures on a serious topic from a humorous perspective and presents the passage of time and the changing roles of parents and children with many entertaining anecdotes combined with practical advice. Scott encourages us all to look at where we are today and where we will be in the not-so-distant future, in order to avoid making decisions in a crisis when you are most vulnerable.
