MJFF Israeli Film Night Series Finale "Air War"

Sunday, September 28 | 4 PM

Event banner

The Miami Jewish Film Festival presents a one-night-only screening of MJFF 2025 Audience Award-Winner Air War. In a moment when over 4,000 film industry professionals worldwide have signed a petition to boycott Israel and silence its filmmakers, the Israeli Film Series has been our powerful statement of solidarity —standing proudly with Israeli artists and their fundamental freedom of expression.

An epic fifteen years in the making, Air War is Israel’s exhilarating answer to Top Gun, a heartfelt, adrenaline-charged box office phenomenon that brings the Israeli Air Force to the big screen like never before. The film follows a fearless young lieutenant whose daring heroics — shooting down six Egyptian MiGs single-handedly — earn him command of a fighter squadron on the eve of the Six-Day War. With breathtaking aerial sequences, soaring emotions and a story that honors Israel’s revered IAF pilots, Air War promises a cinematic experience as inspiring as it is pulse-pounding.
