The Opening Plenary of the historic 2018 JFNA "General Assembly" from Tel Aviv, Israel with the theme "Let's Talk," features Irina Nevzlin (head of the Diaspora Museum), a panel on Israeli-Diaspora Relations, and an address by Israeli President Reuven Rivlin.
